How to get there
The Campus of the University of Latvia ‘House of Nature’ is in the central zone of the city, near the National Library of Latvia and the Daugava river. It is easily accessible for visitors by public transport (the bus and tram lines) or from the Old Town (Vecrīga) on foot (1km). Riga International Coach Terminal and Riga Central Station are located 2.3 km (6 min drive) from the Campus. Tram Routes: Lines 2, 4, 5 and 10 from stop Centrāltirgus (stop at the Riga International Coach Terminal) or Grēcinieku iela to stop Nacionālā Bibliotēka (National Library of Latvia)
Bus Route: Line 23, from Stop 13.janvāra iela to Stop LU Akadēmiskais Centrs (in the front of the Campus)
Riga International Airport (RIX)
The conference venue is about 10 km from Riga International Airport. There are daily flights to and from the major cities in Europe. Bus No 22 runs between the city centre and the Airport every 15 minutes has a stop at the National Library of Latvia.
