Registration desk

Conference Hall Foyer, 1^st floor October 19, 14.00 – 17.00 October 20, 08.30 – 15.00

Badges

Upon registering onsite you will receive your name badge. You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all Conference sessions and events.

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all the registrants of the ICP2017RIGA Conference.

Poster session

Posters should be set up in the Foyer area from October 19 (14.00) till October 20 (18.00). Presenting authors are required to be at their Posters to answer Poster Award Committee questions during the specific times indicated in the Scientific Program.

Coffee breaks

Coffee and snacks will be served in the designed areas at the times indicated in the Scientific Program.

Climate in Riga

The average temperature in October is around 10 ⁰ Celsius, whereas the minimum temperature is in the single digit range. We suggest bringing warm clothes. Gloves and hats are recommended since the weather may get windy.

Currency

The Euro (€) is the only currency that is recognised as legal tender in Latvia. Registration fee for ICP2017RIGA will only be accepted in Euros. Major credit cards are widely accepted.
